Payment & Shipping
Payment
We now accept payments online through PayPal. You can pay using your credit card and you don’t even have to have a PayPal account. Secure payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards. Just click on the Add to Cart button and follow the instructions. You will leave our site and go to PayPal where your transaction will be processed through their secure payment site.
We can also take payments via bank deposit or cheque. If you would prefer to make payment in this way please email us with the details of your order and shipping address. We will generate an invoice and upon payment ship your order. You can still pay through PayPal, just let us know and we will generate an email invoice through their system.
Shipping
There are two prices for each book, one for international and one for New Zealand delivery. Please choose carefully as we cannot accept your order if you select the wrong button. Your order should be shipped within 3-5 days of purchase and all international shipments are by air.
Each book includes a shipping & handling fee. If you would like to purchase more than one book please contact us directly on the email address below to raise an email invoice with the appropriate shipping costs.
Returns
We are unable to provide refunds on items purchased. However, we are able to accept returns in the rare occurrence that an item becomes damaged in transit. In such cases, the buyer must contact ARTSPACE via email within 5 business days of the items delivery. If a return is then agreed upon, the buyer must pay for the cost of shipping the item back and do so within 5 business days of this agreement (or 13 business days if the order has been shipped internationally).
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the loss of orders due to an incorrect address provided during check out. No refund will be given in these cases.
